Let's get into groups..

PRAGUE PRAGUE PRAGUE!! that's the place it's all about.. so.. planning this was going to be difficult, but to get into groups would be the best idea. With our Teach Justine, we did a self-perception inventory test which consisted of 7 questions, picking the statements which most applied to us.. and giving points which equaled to 10! after all questions were completed, they were then put into a table to see if we were.. implementer, co-ordinator, shaper, plant, resource investigator, monitor evaluator, team worker or a completer finisher. It worked.. and my wonderful self come out as a team worker and a resource investigator. A team worker is definitely me.. i love my pals :D

Then we did all of our own strengths and weaknesses in ourselves and our work.. to work out what team we are to be in..
Eventually, we ended up with pretty perfect teams :).
These consisted of.. Kristy & Megan being the transport team. Blaise, Steph.B and Hayley being the fundrasing team. Lorna and Kaleigh are the accommodation and finance team. Steph.D.C and Gemma are the attractions and entertainmen team. With lastly myself & the only boy (who i definitely was so mean to when picking) Rossie, we are the admin & communications team.
So my job title is 'Admin & Communications' working with Mr.Ross. We are responsible to all the other girlies, plus Teach - Justine +1 as well as Michael Mead. With our duties and responsibilities of writing letters to parents, being in contact with Michael Mead, collecting all Colchester Institute documents and collecting everyones passports and EU cards. - Sounds pretty fun to me! :)
